I do a combination of a flat rate + hourly
The prices listed to the left are the base rates
Each additional hour is $30
Invoices will be sent via email after completion of services
Free quotes are available to discuss client needs and tailor a cleaning plan that fits their lifestyle and schedules

Additionally,
Happy Home Cleaning YK (HHCYK) has the right to bring additional personnel to assist with tasks that require more than 1 person. I.e., heavy lifting, garbage removal, supply delivery
HHCYK reserves the right to refuse any unsafe work at the cleaner's discretion.
If there are any health hazards encountered not previously discussed/disclosed, services can be terminated.
Zero tolerance policy of abuse. Unsafe incidents will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Unable to provide services for: flooding, fire/smoke, mold/asbestos, post-mortem or otherwise hazardous cleans.
